Synopsis

My whole life, I have only dreamt of being one thing.
A ballerina.
From the age of three, I was obsessed with tutus, leotards, pointe shoes and everything that dancing had to offer.
After years of hard work, sweat and tears, I finally was able to make the dreams of the little girl in me come true.
Years later, I’m dancing for one of the most respected companies in the world, leaving out a dream and living the best life that I could have ever imagined.
Everything was going according to how I’d mapped it out.
Except…
I hadn’t mapped out two little blue lines skating into my life after a one night stand.
Now, there’s a possibility of me losing the dream I worked so hard to achieve.
And it’s all thanks to a professional hockey player with pretty eyes and a nice smile.

Review

After seeing that the first book was free for a limited time recently, I decided to download it.
Chloe is at the peak of her Ballerina career.
Liam is aiming for the Stanley Cup in his Hockey career.

So when they both come together through a mutual attraction, that wind them in bed together for a one night stand that lasts a few more days longer.... what could possibly go wrong?!

S surprise pregnancy that's what.  It kinda puts a halt on what could have manifested over time and sees them concentrating on their new arrival.

For most- and I mean most- of the book the sizzling sex at the start vanishes and Chloe talks HERSELF into the thinking Liam is only attracted in her because of the baby.

Liam is everything you could want in a partner, no matter the push backs... he is perfect!

Then the baby arrives and the story ends.

For me, as much as I liked the book, I would have liked to have seen more of their blossoming relationship. Shortening the pregnancy and extending their life because there was so much potential to that.

I really liked this book and I hope to read more by Jocelyne in the future!
